  • Employment Screening Services. We provide employment screening services for employers of all sizes, from a single employee to over 30,000. Our screening services are custom-designed to meet your needs for economy and comfort with risk. As a best practices screening firm we provide services that meet the requirements of state and Federal law and respect the privacy of individuals. Our services are based on over 20 years of screening experience, and our standing offer is that we will meet or beat any competitor's price for the same product or package.
  • Tenant Screening Services. Our tenant screening services are available to both commercial property managers and private landlords. Our packages include credit, credit and court records (including eviction history) or a full report consisting of credit, court records and verification of employment and previous residential history.
  • Applicant Fingerprinting. Alliance provides applicant fingerprinting at our office or yours using LiveScan equipment or traditional ink methods. Clients can walk in for fingerprinting with no appointment M-F, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at our Renton location. Our technicians can also come to your office to fingerprint your staff by advance arrangement.
  • Drug Testing. We provide drug testing and EBT for employment-related purposes, personal reasons (confirm clean status for self or a suspected user), court-ordered purposes (such as treatment programs) or voluntary rehabilitation or treatment programs (typically directed by counselors or mental health professionals).
  • Drug Testing Collection Services. Alliance 2020 is a certified collection center for Quest Diagnostics, LabCorp, PACLab and other major laboratory service providers, as well as for many Third Party Administrators such as MGB and DrugFree Business. Our service is very quick, with typical wait times of less than 5 minutes. Donors can walk in for service with no appointment between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
  • Certified Evidential Breath Testing (EBT) is available by prior appointment (call ahead to ensure the EBT unit is not on a field call). We also offer Mobile Drug Testing Collection Services at your site for pre-employement or random testing.
  • Mortgage Credit Reporting. Alliance 2020 provides the nations best service mortgage credit reports using our state-of-the-art software and delivery system that integrates with all Loan Origination Systems (LOSs) such as Byte Pro, Calyx Point, etc. Advanced systems are in place for mortgage loan originators (LO) to assist clients with score improvement (Credit Analyzer, What-if-Simulator), assist clients to establish alternatiave credit scores (Payment Reporting Builds Credit -- PRBC), and to help LOs find lenders (Search My Loan). We also offer Flood Reports, Tax Return Verification (TRV), and Rapid Rescore services.
  • Child ID Packages. Our Child ID packages provide hardcopy parental identification cards that can be used to communicate key information to police if a child is missing. Every Child ID package includes professional fingerprints and DNA samples.
