Alliance 2020 is a background screening firm based in Renton, WA that offers services to employers, property managers, private landlords, mortgage brokers, and loan officers. Since its founding in 1987 by Kathy Faulkes (who continues to serve as the company's president), Alliance 2020 has significantly expanded and improved its services, and proven that it puts customers first.

Take Ownership of Issues and Directly Resolve Problems

Each staff member at Alliance is trained and enabled to take ownership of any issue that may arise, and to directly provide a resolution. If the staff member you speak to cannot provide a solution, answer your question or resolve your problem, he or she will quickly refer the matter to their immediate supervisor who will either assist with a solution or take ownership of your issue. Our goal is to satisfy you on your first contact, or provide you with a legitimate estimate of when a solution or answer will be available. In every case, the individual you talk to will take ownership of your issue and see that it is either dealt with or escalated toward a satisfactory solution.

(Closed Noon to 1 for Staff Meeting and Training)

Fingerprinting and Drug Testing Service Ends Daily at 4:30 p.m.

Evidential Breath Testing (EBT) requires an appointment.  Please call 800/289-8065.
