How to Apply for Service
Contact Alliance for a Service Agreement
Alliance provides information only to clients who have completed a Service Agreement consistent with a permissible purpose for gathering and using consumer information. Service Agreements are required for Credit Reports, Employment Screening, and Tenant Screening. Please call 800/289-8065 to secure a Service Agreement by E-mail, mail or fax, or for a user name and password to log in to the Client Forms area.
When you call to get a Service Agreement, one of our knowledgable staff will discuss your needs, explain the application process and provide you with the appropriate document.
Complete the Service Agreement
If you are provided the Service Agreement electronically, it can be filled out in Adobe Acrobat and printed. The signed and dated application can be mailed or faxed to Alliance. We do not offer digital signatures at this time.
The Service Agreement must be fully completed, including providing the required attachments. Our compliance team will verify all information in the Service Agreement, and contact your if there are any deficiencies. New Service Agreements are typically processed by the next business day.
Prepare for an Onsite Inspection
An onsite inspection of your place of business may be required as part of our due diligence process to meet our obligations under Federal law and the agreements we have with our information suppliers. The onsite inspection is typically completed in three to five business days. An appointment for the onsite inspection will be made in advance by the third-party inspection firm who will call you directly. The inspection will focus on physical and data security, verification of information you have provided for us in your completed Service Agreement, and verification of your permissible purpose to acquire and use information you will be provided by Alliance. There may be a fee for the onsite inspection, which is typically collected in advance by credit card payment.
Setup and Training
An Alliance customer service representative will contact you to set up your account, train you in the use of our online system (if applicable) and answer your questions. You are encouraged to call Alliance at any time if you have additional questions or are having difficulty. We value your business and put our clients first.
