Kathy L. Faulkes
Founder | President
As the founder of Alliance 2020, Kathy had the vision to create a company whose core values were focused on combining cutting-edge technology with unmatched customer service. Kathy has not only achieved this goal but also continues to expand and empower the company with that same vision created so many years ago. Now with over 35 years of experience in the background screening industry, Kathy’s current role is in expanding Alliance 2020’s nationwide client base.
Bradley J. Faulkes
Co-Founder | CEO
Having over 30 years of experience in the background screening industry, Brad is a driven entrepreneur with a proven track record of successfully growing Alliance 2020 in many different sectors. Along with Kathy, Brad’s vision is to ensure that Alliance 2020 remains technically sound, develops new products, and continues to remain the best in the industry for customer service.
Debbie Loyning
Chief OperatING Officer
Debbie has been an integral part of Alliance 2020’s success for the last 25 years. Debbie is a true leader and handles day-to-day operations. In addition to managing daily operations, she is also on the board of directors for the National Consumer Reporting Agency (NCRA) and is an active member of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA). Debbie is always looking for opportunities to help others.
Gavin Bray
Business Development Executive
Gavin brings an extensive knowledge of background screening to Alliance 2020, having worked with the organization and its clients since 2013. He assists current clients, and potential clients, in either deploying or revamping their background screening programs, both pre-employment and throughout an employee’s tenure.
Under his management are clients with one employee, to clients with global footprints and thousands of employees. Gavin is also a very active member of many local and national human resource organizations, including the Lake Washington Human Resources Association, and the Society of Human Resources Management. His high level of compassion and empathy is a driving force in all aspects of his business relationships.
Dylan Henderson
Business Development Manager
Having been with Alliance 2020 since 2019, Dylan has many roles and responsibilities at the company. From leading our marketing and advertising efforts, to assisting with business strategy, as well as serving as the main point of contact for our clients who have fingerprinting needs, Dylan does it all! Along with Gavin, he attends the yearly NHRMA, LWHRA and WA State SHRM Conferences as well as several local monthly SHRM chapter meetings throughout the year.
Judy DeBellis
Account Executive
Judy has been a member of the Alliance 2020 team for over twenty years and brings over forty years of experience in the background screening industry. Since starting out in 1978 selling Commercial Credit Reports at Dun & Bradstreet, Judy has been responsible for over $100 million in sales over the course of her career. During this time, she has worked with all aspects of the background screening industry and is our resident industry expert.
Giovvanni Guerra
IT | Development Team
Gio has been with Alliance 2020 for only a short amount of time but has made huge contributions towards our success. In addition to keeping our systems safe and technology up to date, Gio is also responsible for product development, integrations, and developing our cutting-edge background screening applications.
Joan Archie
Compliance Officer
Joan is responsible for the daily compliance duties at Alliance 2020, including customer/client vetting, compliance audits, and customer disputes. Joan is an active member of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) and has various Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) certifications.
Kimberly Shaw
Court Department Supervisor
Kimberly has over 15 years of experience in the background screening industry and is responsible for the daily supervision of the courts department. She has a passion and commitment to quality and takes her job very seriously. In addition, Kimberly has a customer-first attitude and is FRCA certified.
