Another LWHRA Symposium is in the books! Alliance 2020 was excited to sponsor and exhibit at the 2026 LWHRA Symposium on October 1 at Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue. The event brought together HR professionals from across the region for a day of learning, networking, and connecting with others in the HR community.
A Day of Learning and Networking
The Symposium featured a full day of educational sessions covering a variety of topics relevant to HR professionals, including Washington employment law, leadership, workplace culture, employee engagement, artificial intelligence, and more.
Attendees had the opportunity to choose from several breakout sessions throughout the day, as well as hear from an executive CFO panel. The range of sessions gave attendees plenty of opportunities to learn and take away new ideas.
Two Keynote Presentations
Andre Young opened the event with “The Leader’s 7: The 7 Languages of Leadership,” sharing insights on leadership and communication. Later in the day, Brooklyn Dicent delivered the closing keynote, focusing on happiness and fulfillment in the workplace and drawing from her own experiences in HR and Learning & Development.
Both keynotes brought a different perspective to the day and provided attendees with plenty to consider.
Connecting with Attendees
For our team at Alliance 2020, one of the highlights of the Symposium was getting to connect with everyone who stopped by our booth. We enjoyed meeting new people, catching up with familiar faces, and having conversations about what’s happening in the HR community.
It was also a great opportunity to talk with attendees about their employment screening needs and hear more about what matters most to them in the hiring process. We appreciate everyone who took the time to stop by and speak with our team.
