Your USCIS Form I-9 Expired! What’s Next?
On August 31st, 2019, the federal government’s Form I-9 officially expired. At this time, employers are instructed to continue using the expired Form I-9 until a revised version is available. Alliance 2020 will provide updates as they become available.
