The 2026 NHRMA Conference is right around the corner, bringing HR professionals from across the Pacific Northwest and beyond together for three days of education, networking, and professional development. Taking place September 9–11 at the Spokane Convention Center in Spokane, Washington, this year’s conference will focus on “The Advantage: Leading and Humanizing the Future of Work.”

Leading and Humanizing the Future of Work
As technology continues to change the workplace, HR leaders are navigating the challenge of embracing new tools while keeping people at the center of the employee experience. The conference will explore this balance through sessions focused on leadership, employee engagement, workplace culture, organizational change, and technology and AI.
Sessions will provide practical insights HR professionals can take back to their organizations, with topics including leading through change, developing talent, building workplace culture, and using AI in HR.
Three Days of Learning and Networking
The conference kicks off Wednesday, September 9, with optional pre-conference workshops, followed by general sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities throughout Thursday and Friday.
Attendees can also earn 13.5+ SHRM and HRCI recertification credits while expanding their knowledge and professional network.
The tradeshow will also give attendees a chance to connect with HR-related organizations and service providers and discover new resources for their organizations.
