Alliance 2020 offers a full range of drug screening services to employers across the U.S. This includes drug testing for pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion/cause, post-accident, return to duty, or promotion.
Our capabilities include urine drug testing, saliva testing, hair follicle testing, and certified evidential breath testing (EBT).
Our services can be structured to meet Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements or other specific criteria. We also offer third-party administration (TPA) services for DOT regulated companies, including random selection programs that fully comply with CFR 49 Part 40.

Drug Testing Solutions for DOT and non-DOT Regulated Companies
For DOT regulated companies, we provide 5-panel urine drug testing that screens for the presence of the following drugs:
- Amphetamines
- Cocaine
- Marijuana (THC)
- Opioids
- Phencyclidine (PCP)
For non-DOT regulated companies, there are numerous options available, including:
- Urine, saliva and hair drug testing
- Custom drug testing panels (from 4-panel to 12-panel)
- Alcohol testing, including ETG (for social services)
International Drug Testing
Alliance 2020 offers international drug testing services available across the globe. Typical turnaround time is 12 to 14 days when the donor completes the test within 48 to 72 hours.

A complete testing package is sent directly to the donor, including the kit, forms, shipping materials, and clear instructions for a valid collection.

Tracking and Notifications
Both the donor and client receive an email with the tracking number and estimated delivery.

Donors have direct access to support via phone or email for any questions throughout the process.
STEP 4
Lab Monitoring
The package is tracked from shipment to laboratory testing, with any delays addressed promptly to keep the process moving.

Pre-Employment Drug Testing

Urine Testing
Urine testing, the most common workplace drug screening method, detects substances within a 5–7 day window and is cost-effective.
Pros: Its affordability and reliability when properly collected make it a widely used choice for detecting a range of substances.
Cons: Vulnerable to tampering without strict procedures, it has a shorter detection window than hair testing.
Saliva Testing
Saliva testing, ideal for identifying drug use within 24–72 hours, is less invasive and often used in post-accident and reasonable suspicion scenarios.
Pros: Easy to collect under observation and harder to tamper with.
Cons: Its short detection window captures only recent use, and lab confirmation may increase costs.
Hair Testing
Hair testing provides a long detection window of up to 90 days, making it effective for identifying repeated use.
Pros: Very difficult to cheat, it provides reliable detection of chronic drug use over an extended period.
Cons: It is unlikely to detect very recent drug use and is more expensive than other testing methods.

We have numerous options available when it comes to random drug testing. Our panel options range from 4-12 and both instant (POCT) and lab-based testing is available. We also offer the convenience of mobile drug testing services for groups.
Send us a list of your employees who are subject to testing. If you are DOT regulated, let us know what operating agency you fall under and we’ll handle the rest. If you are not federally mandated, let us know how many employees you want tested, and how often you want testing to take place. Evidential Breath Alcohol Testing (EBT)
Our certified Breath Alcohol Technicians (BATs) use conforming instruments to perform testing to DOT standards with evidential certainty. Test results are defensible in court, and detect the presence of alcohol in any amount. Our BATs can be dispatched to your location to perform random or reasonable suspicion testing, or subjects can be transported to our office.
