Alliance 2020 is excited to announce a new feature we have launched for our online application for tenant screening!!! The ability for applicants to upload documents upon applying with your company. Our online application allows for the secure transmission of photographs of driver’s licenses, check stubs, proof of renter’s insurance, pictures of pets, or any other required documents you may need to be included with the application. Prospective tenants can even take photographs of their documents on their mobile phone, send to their machine and upload the documents.
- Files can be uploaded as either .jpg, .png and .pdf files.
- Attachments can either be required for submission or optional, your choice.
- All documents will be attached to the report when you sign in- everything you need to evaluate a tenant’s eligibility for a rental will all be included in one place.
