Alliance 2020 offers a full range of substance abuse services to local and national employers, including drug testing for: Pre-Employment, Random, Reasonable Suspicion/Cause, Post-Accident, Return to Duty, or Promotion.
Our capabilities include: Urine Testing, Hair Follicle Testing, and Certified Evidential Breath Testing (EBT).
Our service can be structured to meet Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) Title 49 (49CFR) Part 382, or other specific criteria. We also offer administration services for DOT regulated testing, including random selection programs that fully comply with CFR 49 Part 40.
Our certified Breath Alcohol Technicians (BATs) use conforming instruments to perform testing to DOT standards with evidential certainty. Test results are defensible in court, and detect the presence of alcohol in any amount. Our BATs can be dispatched to your location to perform random or reasonable suspicion testing, or subjects can be transported to our office.
Alliance 2020 can offer employers and individuals the following collection methods:
Alliance 2020’s certified laboratory partners provide trusted drug analysis in controlled conditions overseen by certifying scientists. Samples are analyzed for validity, adulteration/dilution, and undergo immunoassay screening and confirmation by Gas Chromatograph/Mass Spectrometry.
Laboratory drug testing provides employers with confidence that the results provided are dependable and defensible, even if challenged in a court of law.
Employment-related laboratory testing ensures that collection devices, collection and sample transportation protocols, laboratory procedures, sample validation techniques and analyses are consistent with those established by Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Department of Transportation (DOT).
Backed up with independent Medical Review Officer (MRO) services performed on behalf of the employer, laboratory drug testing provides results that can be trusted by donors and employers alike, and are an essential part of a quality drug-free workplace program.
Medical Review Officer (MRO) services are standard for Alliance 2020’s substance abuse testing. This protects employers from legal liability resulting from false positives, and gives applicants the confidence that your testing program is fair and meets accepted standards.
Our online system allows secure paperless ordering, retrieval, and tracking of tests. We increase efficiency while saving time, money, and reducing headaches.
Alliance 2020 can provide certified training in your office for both regulated (DOT) and non-regulated programs. These services include training for supervisors, employees, and Designated Employer Representatives (DER’s).
Negative results are typically turned around in 24 to 48 hours. Positive and non-negative results may require additional time to accommodate investigation by the MRO.
Alliance 2020’s collection network consists of over 7,000+ sites nation-wide. We can provide mobile services for employers in a wide range of circumstances, including after-hours urine collections and breath testing. Additionally, our local office offers a state-of-the-art collection center with EBT services. Final costs are very competitive.
All substance abuse specimens submitted are initially tested using the enzyme immunoassay (EIA) or equivalent screening technique. This objective method is both computerized and automated to ensure reliable results and industry-leading turnaround times. Confirmation testing, when indicated, is performed by Gas Chromatograph/Mass Spectrometry (GCMS).
Our standard urine specimen 5-panel drug test mimicks the recently expanded DOT standards, and screens for the presence of the following drugs and drug classes:
We can provide additional panels for specific needs, including the following:
